tml Partners are a marketing recruitment consultancy. These portraits were shot on a plain white background. We later decided to treat the shots with a blue background that would stand out on the website and also on LinkedIn.

Some people weren't available for the shoot. A mixture of professional shots and iPhone shots were supplied. Whilst not ideal it's often unavoidable. But there's a few tricks we can do to create the illusion that all portraits were professionally shot at the same time.
